This  product is made by the army they use it to go to war with the terrorist. They put this material in the gas tank so when the terrorist shoot at it they think there just missing the gas tank so now the military is better with this tank then the other one that one you shoot straight through you are dead. They shoot at it every chance they get and once they get that chance you can't do anything about it.
